It is guaranteeing real availability of vehicles, correct assignment by service, respect of operational areas, traceability of interventions. Without an integrated system: manual steps multiply, time is lost searching, overlaps or underutilization occur, it becomes difficult to report. The problem is not the fleet. It is the absence of an operational Digital Twin connecting vehicles, territory, and missions.
Operational Resolution
Ulisses enables better management of the public fleet, integrating it with the territory. The platform allows: real-time localization of vehicles on an urban map, operational status of the vehicle, monitoring permanence in areas, movement and mission history, dashboard for managers. The system can be integrated via API with management software in use.
Production Ready
It starts with the census of municipal vehicles and the definition of areas of competence. Each vehicle is equipped with a discreet tracking device. The platform is configured on specific needs: shifts, routes, KPIs, alerts. Integration closes the loop between planning and execution.
